What is a Corporate Painting Event?

A Painting Event that allows each participant to design, customize & paint an individual work of Art while bonding with team members.

How does a Corporate Painting Event work?

All participants receive a pre-sketched canvas, outlined with the selected Painting Project. Participants will customize the outline by modifying the sketched if desired. Once modifications are complete, participants will enjoy personalizing a paint palette. With the large array of paint colors provided, each participant’s painting, although similar in design, will surely be a personal masterpiece!

What is the cost of a Corporate Painting Event?

In Person & Virtual:

Up to 25 participants - $1,500

Up to 50 participants - $2,700

Up to 100 participants - $5,000

Number of participants/events information:

High Class Paint Nites accommodates up to 100 participants per event. If more intimate events are preferred, we facilitate several events, with less participants, throughout a single day.

FAQ’s

Q. How do I know if my Painting Event is a "Corporate" event compared to a "Private" event.

A. If 'yes' is the answer to any of the following, your event is considered a "Corporate" event.

If the event will:

· be hosted by a business or organization (not an individual)

· have more than 24 participants

· take place at a rented or leased venue (not a private residence) where a contract with the venue owner will be required.

Q. We are limited on time. How can we save time during an event?

A. For Corporate Painting Events, prepped canvases are provided. ( A canvas where the project is already sketched) Participants will be able to modify the sketch prior to painting.

Q. Will High Class Paint Nites travel?

A. Yes! High Class Paint Nites enjoys traveling throughout the USA & abroad! Additional traveling fees may apply.

Q. Can High Class Paint Nites create a customize painting Project for an event?

A. Yes! Your painting project will be created based on your theme, purpose and or vision for the event. By answering a few questions, we will have a good idea of your vision and create a sketch for you to approve. Once approved, an appropriate canvas size will be determined and the final Painting Project sample will be created for display during the event.

Collaborative Painting Project FAQ

Q. What is a "Collaborative" painting project? Can a "Collaborative" painting project be added to the event?

A. A "Collaborative" painting project is a single painting that is designed for everyone participating to contribute to. Yes! You can add a "Collaborative" painting project to your current event.

Q. What is the cost of a Collaborative painting project?

A. A Collaborative painting project is considered a separate & secondary painting event.

Up to 25 participants - $750

Up to 50 participants - $1350

Up to 100 participants - $2500

Q. Is it possible to ONLY have a Collaborative painting project during the event?

A. It is possible but not recommended. The Collaborative painting project is designed for the participants to contribute to after their individual painting is complete. The average size of each participant’s portion of the collaborative is approximately 4 in x 2 in. (25 participant event) Normally, it takes no more than 10 minutes for each participant to paint their portion of the collaborative painting project. It is recommended that multiple collaborative painting projects are available if participants will not create individual paintings.
